Founding

INSTAHOME® was launched by Ilan PhD MBA, Ranjani PhD, are experienced technology entrepreneurs, and Alejandra Contreras, Arquitect. INSTAHOME® is privately owned by Nanofold Global Inc. USA.
Our innovative design and application of Nanotechnology in construction of INSTAHOME® are exceptionally balanced energy efficient, easy and fast to construct, cost effective, environment friendly, fire proof, earthquake ­­proof (due to lack of perpendicularity to seismic rays), high impermeability, high strength, great resistance to high winds, proven to resist hurricane force winds (due to aerodynamic shapes). Light weight and very low thermal conductivity than to traditional homes. Our homes provide both comfort and safety in an outstanding luxurious habitat and ideal for rural/sub-urban Habitat development for social sustainability.

  • INSTAHOME® has been built in Mexico, upcoming projects in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. INSTAHOME® homes proprietary building technology and steel allow our homes to be set on virtually any land site and to withstand extreme seismic, weather, snow load and wind conditions. Our materials are fire proof.
  • We have designed and built more than 20 different Locations for 12 clients in Mexico and Latin America.

BUILDING SCIENCE

  • INSTAHOME® is an advanced building concept, sturdy steel frame design and efficient construction material technology using natural alumino silicate (Perlite composite) and it is very light weight, strong and easy to construct, low thermal conductivity and one of the best suited materials for high temperature area. The novel construction material keeps the home very cool with natural color (white). Proprietary building science and information technology lets INSTAHOME® for comfort living.
  • Homes can be built in a week time with tempered beautiful glass windows that bring natural daylight inside.
